1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted if:

• Item is damaged or defective

• Wrong item delivered

2. Return Process

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Provide images of the damaged product.

• If approved, we'll arrange a pickup or refund within 5–7 working days.

3. Non-returnable Items

• Perishable goods (e.g., vegetables, fruits)

• Opened/used packages

4. Cancellations

• Can be done before the order is dispatched.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
