We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Return request is made within 3 days of delivery.

• The product is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, labels, and tags.

Items not eligible for return:

• Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., groceries)

• Items on clearance/sale

• Customized or special-order products

• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

To initiate a return:

• Share your order ID, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged/defective).

Our team will guide you through the return process.

2. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Refund not applicable if:

• The return request is raised after 3 days of delivery.

• The product shows signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused during transit.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Order cancellation is only allowed before dispatch. Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
